What do I do if my mobile phone prompts me to obtain the security certificate?
For a Nokia mobile phone, if it gives the prompt "Obtain the security certificate" during the process of download and installation, perform the following operations:
Enter the menu, click Tools > Settings > General > Security > Certificate Management > Trust Settings > Online Certificate Check, and select "NO." Perform download again.

Even though I recommended NetQin to a friend, I didn't get my reward incentive. What happened?
First of all, thank you for your confidence in NetQin's products. Rewards are issued only after the friends to whom you recommended NetQin has successfully downloaded, installed, and used one of NetQin's products. At present, NetQin only has reward incentives for recommending NetQin Mobile Antivirus. Incentives for other products will be released very soon.
What is a NetQin account number, and where I can see my NetQin account number?
A NetQin account number is a service number you will obtain by using a NetQin product. When you have installed NetQin Software in you mobile phone and performed such operations as registration, update, feedback or recharging, the system will automatically assign you a NetQin account number. In general, a NetQin account number is linked to your mobile phone. You will obtain a new NetQin account number after replacing your mobile phone.
As a general rule, you can see your "NetQin account number" on the main interface of any of our products or by clicking "Option > Account".
Note: If your NetQin account number is displayed as "0" when you are querying data, you may click Update. Your NetQin account number will refresh after completion of the update.
What are Qin coins?
Qin coins is virtual currency for payment to NetQin Products. You can purchase NetQin services by paying in Qin coins (Note: NetQin Comm. Master does not support Qin coins at this time)
What do I do if I get errors during product registration?
Generally, errors in product registration happen due to issues of your carrier's network. Ensure that your mobile phone has access to the Internet at the time of registration, and try it again.
Why are there still two file folders "NetQin" and "NetQin2" in my phone's file manager after I have uninstalled the software?
When you are uninstalling, the software will prompt you whether or not to keep software settings. If you click "Yes", the setting information will be kept in the two file folders, namely "NetQin" and "NetQin2."
